I accept the terms & conditions of the Summer FootGolf Pass as follows:

Cost is £20 per child (under 16) and £30 per adult (16+)
The pass is only valid on the following dates: 20th July - 30th August 2026 inclusive.
A passport style photo is required for the pass to be valid and that no compensation will be provided for any inaccessible services before the photo is supplied.
Footballs are required for each participant, these can be brought with me or I can hire one for £2 each for 12 Holes.

I accept that the Summer FootGolf Pass is only valid for the named person and is non-transferable, valid for 12 Holes per day per pass on the valid dates noted above.
